Founded by Lt. Gen. Ghulam Muhammad Malik (Retd) on 5th September 1998, Al-Mustafa Trust has grown from a small facility to a nationwide healthcare network. With 31 medical centers (9 urban, 22 rural), 25 dispensaries, and 10 mobile units serving 109 locations, it provided free primary healthcare to 1.59 million beneficiaries in 2023, an 18% increase from 2022. Registered with PCP, UK Charity Commission, and the State of Virginia, USA, the Trust continues its 26-year mission of serving the underprivileged.

Lt. Gen. (R) Mohammad Mustafa Khan, a distinguished retired officer of the Pakistan Army, has been leading Al-Mustafa Trust as Chairman since 2015. Under his visionary leadership, the trust has ...witnessed remarkable growth-expanding from just 12 medical centers... in 2015 to over 56 fully operational centers today, with several more under construction. With an unwavering commitment to providing free and quality healthcare, he has played a pivotal role in transforming Al-Mustafa Trust into a beacon of hope for countless underprivileged individuals. The number of patients served has skyrocketed from 266,273 in 2015 to millions today, a testament to his dedication and relentless hard work. His leadership continues to drive Al-Mustafa Trust toward greater heights, ensuring that healthcare remains accessible to those who needÂ itÂ theÂ most.
